Cinnamon Peach Cake

4 eggs
1 tablespoon Dukes mayonnaise
2 cups sugar
1 stick of butter
1 cup of whole milk
2 cups flour
1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
5 large fresh peaches sliced and skinned
For seasoning peaches and sprinkle
2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup sugar

Pre-heat oven to 350

Prepare your square baking pan with non-stick spray and line bottom with parchment paper.

Slice and peel the peaches, and use half cup of the Cinnamon and sugar to the peaches stir and set aside.

Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl put the stick of butter and the milk and microwave until butter is melted. (do not boil)
Beat the eggs and mayonnaise together until smooth add vanilla

Mix milk with the dry ingredients alternately with the eggs slowly so the warm milk doesn't cook the eggs.

Place batter in prepared pan, sprinkle some of the cinnamon and sugar on top, then place the peaches on top.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and sugar on top of peaches and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Serve warm with ice- cream.
Or at room temp with a nice cup of coffee for a great afternoon treat!
