Sausage Gravy & Hash-brown Breakfast Casserole


16 oz can of Grand's biscuits
10 eggs
1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage 
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of hash brown potatoes cooked
1 package of Bob Evans Sausage Gravy (2 envelopes per package, use both)
3/4 Cup of whole milk
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t salt
Dash of cayenne pepper if desired
9x13 inch baking dish, lightly greased
Pre-heat oven to 350

Brown the sausage in a skillet, drain off fat.
Cut biscuits into 1 inch pieces and line bottom of the baking dish with them.Then place the sausage over the biscuits. Put half of the shredded cheese on top. Now put the has browns on top of that .
Whisk together the eggs, milk ,salt, pepper,and cayenne pepper.
Pour over the potatoes , then sprinkle the remaining cheese over that.
Open the 2 packs of Bob Evans Sausage Gravy and spread it evenly over the contents of the casserole. 
Bake covered for 35 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 minutes or until it starts to brown on top.
