Edna May's Barbecue

3 lbs ground beef
6 onions,chopped
4 T mustard
3/4 bottle of catsup
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute' onions until tender. Add ground beef and saute' until the ground beef loses it's color. Add mustard, catsup, salt and pepper. Simmer until flavors are well mixed.

Cooks Note: Correct seasonings to taste. More sweetness add more catsup, more tartness add more mustard.

Serve on buns, or just serve on white bread.
