Low Carb Mock Shrimp Scampi
1lb wild caught raw jumbo shrimp shelled
1/2 head of cabbage shredded
1T dried onions, minced or chopped
1T olive oil
1 McCormick Shrimp Scampi seasoning packet
3 T of Walden Farms Italian dressing
3 T of Walden farms Ketchup
10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
Fresh Ground Pepper
Place olive oil in a deep fry pan and heat, then add
the shredded cabbage and the onions. Stir around and then add the Scampi seasoning.Slowly saute and add the Italian Dressing and the Ketchup, continue cooking until the cabbages is tender, then add the shrimp, simmer until shrimp is done.
Serve with fresh ground pepper.
This serves 2.
