HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

1 2LB BAG OF FROZEN HASH BROWNS
1 8 OZ CONTAINER OF SOUR CREAM
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 TEASPOON SALT 
1 TEASPOON PEPPER
2 CUPS CRUSHED CORN FLAKES
1 STICK BUTTER

Allow potatoes to thaw completely. Mix next 5 ingredients and turn into a greased 8 1/2 X 11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12
