Spinich Balls

1 frozen pkg chopped spinach cooked and drained
2 cups herb & seasons stuffing mix
1 cup chopped onions
3 beaten eggs
6 tablespoons of melted butter
6 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
3/4 teasp. garlic salt
1/4 teasp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 2 inch balls. Put on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen

Found this recipe yesterday when I was looking for something to make to take to a potluck lunch. Made them this morning, and I could eat them all before it's time to leave. These things are delishious. My husband thinks they might be good with some ranch dip, but I don't know that they need anything else.
