Holiday Sweet Potato Cassarole

2 large cans of sweet potaotes
2 eggs
1 stick of margarine melted
1 Cup sugar
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of whole milk

Mix all above well use a mixer to blend well, and pour in oblong dish.

Topping: 1 stick of butter
2 cups of brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans ( if desired)
Mix topping ingredients well, and sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy! Everyone loves this, in fact, I've been told its like getting a little dessert right along with their meal.
